The Pastor’s Aide Committee is a service ministry that provides personal support to the Pastor. This ministry, working with and through the congregation and lay members of the church, meets the needs of Pastor McIlwaine with prayer and personal, physical and financial support and/or encouragement. The ministry’s goals are accomplished by hosting various fundraising events. The ministry also spearheads the Church in celebrating the Pastor’s anniversary, birthday, and other special occasions. The Duties of the Pastor Aide are:
- To be in prayer for the needs of the Pastor.
- To encourage participation of the Church members in the ministry work
- To always be prepared to assist the Pastor and his family.
- To be diligent in the service to aid the Pastor.
