Ministries at Holy Trinity Baptist Church
Ministries are the lifeblood of our church, turning faith into action and worship into service. Each ministry plays a vital role in spiritual growth, community impact, and advancing the Kingdom. From the Music and Worship Ministry, which sets the atmosphere with praise, to the Christian Education Department, which lays biblical foundations through Sunday School and Bible study, every arm of the church works together in unity. The Usher and Hospitality Ministries welcome with love and warmth, while Youth and Young Adult Ministries nurture the next generation in faith. Men’s and Women’s Ministries provide support, fellowship, and mentorship, and Outreach and Missions Teams carry the Gospel beyond the church walls.

Pastor Care Ministry
The Pastoral Care Ministry at Holy Trinity Baptist Church is dedicated to honoring and supporting our Pastor through intentional acts of love, service, and prayer. Understanding the weight of spiritual leadership, we stand in the gap to ensure our Pastor is spiritually refreshed, emotionally supported, and physically cared for. From organizing appreciation efforts to assisting with ministry needs, this team works behind the scenes to uplift the shepherd who pours so much into the flock. Our mission is simple: care for the one who cares for us. A strong church starts with a supported leader.
Deacon & Deaconess Ministry
The Deacon Ministry at Holy Trinity Baptist Church is a pillar of faithful service, spiritual leadership, and compassionate care. Our deacons serve alongside the Pastor, supporting the church’s mission by ministering to the needs of the congregation through prayer, visitation, discipleship, and encouragement. They are men of integrity, wisdom, and humility, committed to upholding the Word and demonstrating the love of Christ in action. From assisting during worship services to providing support in times of crisis, our Deacons are dedicated to being servants of the church and stewards of God’s people—guided by faith, love, and unity.
Trustees Ministry
The Trustee Ministry at Holy Trinity Baptist Church is entrusted with the vital responsibility of overseeing the church’s physical, financial, and legal affairs. The Trustees help maintain the house of God, ensuring that our facilities, resources, and operations support the mission of the church. This ministry works closely with the Pastor and leadership team to manage stewardship, budgeting, maintenance, and security. More than caretakers, our Trustees are faithful servants committed to excellence, transparency, and protecting the legacy of our church for future generations. Their service ensures that the ministry can thrive on a strong foundation.
Youth Ministry
The Youth Ministry at Holy Trinity Baptist Church is committed to empowering the next generation to grow in Christ, live with purpose, and lead with faith. Through Bible-based teaching, mentorship, worship, and fun, we equip our youth to navigate today’s world while standing firm on God’s truth. From youth Bible studies and service projects to conferences and community outreach, our mission is to build strong, Christ-centered leaders who will impact the church and the world. At Holy Trinity, we don’t just speak to the youth, we walk with them, guide them, and cheer them on every step of the way.
